Meet the Panelists

Bob Burke
As a consultant since 1998, Bob Burke provides assistance in bringing natural, organic and specialty products to market across most classes of trade. This includes work in strategic planning, growth strategies, writing sales, marketing and business plans, budgeting, pricing, building distribution, broker selection and management, organizational development, strategic options, financing, branding, trade spending management and assistance around M&A, due diligence and venture strategy groups. He is also the co-author and co-publisher of the Natural Products Field Manual, Eighth Edition. Prior to consulting, Bob was with Stonyfield Farm Yogurt for 11 years as Vice President, Sales & Corporate Development and Vice President, Marketing & Sales. He has held marketing positions with Colombo, Inc. and Sperry Top-Sider. He received an MBA from Babson College. He currently serves as an outside director for EcoFish, Saffron Road, Farmwise, Cali’Flour Foods and King Arthur Flour. He serves on the advisory boards of The Chaat Co., and Thirsty Ventures. He is a former director of Orgain, Stonyfield Farm, Equal Exchange, Stirrings, Wildwood, Nutrabella, FoodState Inc. and the Specialty Food Association. He is on the Selection Committee at Nutrition Capital Network. He serves on the admissions committee of the Specialty Food Association. He also serves on the Editorial Advisory Board of Nutrition Business Journal. He serves as a Beachheads Advisor with New Zealand Trade & Enterprise.

Bob was named one of the “Top 25 Business Builders of the Natural Products Industry for the last 25 years” by Natural Foods Merchandiser Magazine. He was also named an inaugural Senior Fellow at Food Sol within the Lewis Institute at Babson College.

Jennnifer Allen
Jennifer is the Senior Director Category Management & Customer Onboarding – Fresh at KeHE Distributors. She has spent the better part of 17 years in the hospitality, retail and distribution arena. Holding numerous, successively more advanced Leadership positions within Whole Foods Market (Rocky Mountain Regional) and KeHE Distributors (National) the past 9 years. In addition to leading teams and programs in multiple categories, her primary focus the past 3 years with KeHE has been Supplier onboarding (specifically New Supplier Agreement and definitions), DC/Retail Partner Integration and Program Development and Innovation . Jennifer has received numerous regional and national awards; including Whole Foods Market Global All Star in 2014 and the KeHE MVP Award in 2019. She and her husband, Rob, have four sons and reside in Falcon, CO.

Nikki Moskaluk
Nikki Moskaluk is the Co-founder of a Trade Promotion Management Software, Cresicor, which is built by CPG for CPG and designed to fit the typical business model of small to midsize CPG companies. For the past 8 years, she has been immersed in all things trade spend related at lead brands: Celestial Seasonings, Justin’s, Perfect Bar, Lily’s Sweets. Through collaboration with her three talented colleagues, they built a platform which aims to deliver clear value when analyzing trade dollars. Her educational foundation includes a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Colorado Boulder. Nikki is committed to not only making the mundane deductions process enjoyable, but she continues to push towards streamlining chargeback documentation, accelerating deductions processing, and providing efficient tools outside of Excel or Google.

Daniel Morrison
Daniel began his natural products career bagging groceries at Whole Foods Market while attending High School in Southern California. After completing college in 2006 in Flagstaff, Arizona; Daniel moved to Colorado to establish his roots. He spent several years building a natural cleaning products company before diving into the broker side of the business. Daniel moved up the ranks from Sales Representative, to Key Account Executive, to Brand Manager. After gaining extensive experience on the broker side of the business, Daniel took an offer as National Sales Manager with Made in Nature. Daniel reshaped their Natural and conventional business and grew sales at all National accounts pulling from UNFI, KeHE, and other specialty/conventional distributors. In addition to the above, Daniel helped start the Boulder, CO based company, Evo Hemp. He has been with Green Spoon Sales for a little over two years assisting with Brand Management/ Business Development and is currently the Director of Distributor Relations. Outside of work, Daniel can be found snowboarding, mountain biking, travelling, seeing live music, working in the garden, and enjoying great food with his family and friends.

HOW DO ONLINE EVENTS WORK?

Participants will be able to see and hear the presenters, but participants’ cameras won’t be on, and their mics will be muted. Participants will be able to type questions via the Chat box. Julie Nirvelli of Gold Nugget Retail will moderate the panel discussion. This program will begin at 6:00 p.m. and run approximately 75 minutes.
