Jessica Malach is the VP Partnership & Insights at Social Nature, leading their Canadian and United States consumer insights and brand partner programs. She began her career in the natural health industry in 2004, where she’s worked with 100’s of brands on successful product launches, integrated marketing programs, and ways to boost sales and brand engagement in Canada & the USA. Jessica grew up with her Mom taking her to natural health stores back in the 80s ~ and passionate about partnering with the industry to support greater consumer education, awareness & access to healthier options.

Angela Flatland – Sales Director, SPINS

With 17 years in the grocery industry, Angela’s experience ranges from regional director at a plant-based alternative brand to trade marketing to data analysis and insights.

Danielle Octavi – Senior CPG Recruiter, Creative Alignments

Danielle LOVES recruiting and finds it so rewarding to connect great people to great roles and organizations. Given Danielle’s curiosity and energy, paired with her deep recruiting experience, it’s no wonder that she earned her Master’s degree in Global Strategic Human Resources Management while working full time. Danielle is passionate about diversity and inclusion. She believes that by respecting and understanding differences, we foster authenticity and individuality. She appreciates learning from people’s experiences and perspectives. When she’s not working, she loves to practice hot yoga, and travel to new places to learn about different cultures and experience the local cuisine. This also feeds her love of cooking, including inventing new recipes.

Kyle Garner, CEO, Maty’s Healthy Products

Kyle Garner is the current CEO of Maty’s Healthy Products and former CEO of both ORGANIC INDIA USA and New Chapter. After spending 14 years at Procter & Gamble, Kyle caught the Natural Products bug when he was asked to join New Chapter following the P&G acquisition in 2012. Kyle has a passion for regenerative organic agriculture, which not only regenerates soil health and biodiversity, but also regenerates the livelihoods of small family farmers. As an active member of the B Corp community, Kyle is dedicated to using business as a force for good. He lives in Boulder with his wife (Maggie), 9-year-old son (Oscar), 9-year-old daughter (Audrey), and giant, fluffy dog (Belle).
