When should I make my first hire? How should I prioritize hires? How much will great talent cost? How do I determine if they are the right fit for my company? Young and growing businesses struggle with these questions every day.
Join Sean Conner and Diana Mercer of ForceBrands – the nation’s leading recruiting and staffing organization in the food, beverage and CPG space – to learn the essentials of setting up your business with the right talent at the right time. We’ll share Organizational Design basics and help you to understand how to build a healthy business utilizing the 4 pillars of operations, sales, marketing and finance. We’ll cover your journey from founder who wears all of the ‘hats’, to a specialized brand leader with a strong team. We’ll share best practice growth strategies utilized by our experience with so many leading brands and the components of their healthy organizations; short and long term planning, creating a winning culture/company ethos, and a goals-driven hiring strategy.
