Jeremy Day is the Co-Founder and CEO of The Honest Stand, a Colorado based company taking plants and turning them into convenient comfort foods. Jeremy’s eating habits through childhood and into early adulthood most frequently consisted of traditional american comfort foods; mac n’ cheese & nachos being his all time favorites. In realizing his intolerance to lactose and gluten, he became more aware of the ingredients in these foods and how they made him physically and mentally feel. While in graduate school pursuing his International MBA with a focus in Corporate Social Responsibility, Jeremy & his co-founder, Alexandra, founded The Honest Stand in a pursuit to recreate those traditional comfort food tastes through the means of plant-based ingredients. Now, Jeremy utilizes his experience in conscious capitalism to provide today’s dietary restricted communities with convenient comfort foods that not only taste great, but also feel great in the body.
