John Becker
John is the CEO of Quinoa Corporation, owner of the Ancient Harvest and Pamela’s brands. A 25 year veteran of the CPG food industry, he joined the company in July 2016 after a successful tenure as CEO of Free2b Foods and Executive Vice President for Boulder Brands. Prior to Boulder Brands, John held various leadership positions at Healthy Food Holdings and Nestle. John started his career in marketing at General Mills. As CEO for Quinoa Corporation, John has led the turnaround of the Ancient Harvest business and the acquisition of the Pamela’s brand, dramatically improving profitability while positioning the total business for growth. John is a graduate of Dartmouth College and received his MBA from the Tuck School of Business.

Erich A. Fritz
Erich Fritz is the Executive Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer at B&G Foods where he is responsible for end-to-end supply chain from product development to procurement to delivery to customers, including operations, quality, research and development, information technology and supply chain related pre-acquisition diligence and post-acquisition integration. Prior to B&G Foods, Mr. Fritz served as Vice President, Research and Development, Quality, Engineering and Medical Research, and in other managerial roles at Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc., from May 2010 until March 2019. Prior to joining Ocean Spray, Mr. Fritz held leadership positions with EAFSolutions Group, Roll International-POM Wonderful, Naked Juice, Balduccis.com, Michael Foods-Kohler and Nabisco.

Ann Marie Younce
Ann Marie has more than 25 years of experience in management, quality, continuous improvement, lean manufacturing and training. She has worked for over eight years as the Corporate Quality Manager in a high-volume
manufacturing environment for two companies producing industrial and consumer metal packaging solutions and in this capacity, was responsible for the quality system for a dozen plants around the country. Prior to that, Ann Marie had worked for 12 years in various quality and continuous improvement roles in the aerospace industry.

Brandon Hernandez, Moderator
Brandon Hernandez is a Senior Partner at Whole Brain Consulting, which operates nationally out of its two offices in Colorado and Chicago. After earning his degree in Biology from Colorado State University, Brandon began his career in food safety at Zateca Foods (now Teasdale Latin Foods). He spent a number of years working his way through the operational, research and development, supply chain, and quality assurance aspects of food manufacturing, and is now using those skills in the Boulder community.

Participants will be able to see and hear the presenters, but participants’ cameras won’t be on, and their mics will be muted. Participants will be able to communicate with each other using the Chat box and type questions to our featured panelists via the Q&A box.
