Meet the Panelists

Nancy McLaughlin
Originally from South Africa, Nancy has both agency and brand management experience and has worked with a multitude of businesses from smaller start-ups to Fortune 500 brands. Over the last 5 years she has specialized in digital marketplaces, and in particular, Amazon. She currently leads a senior team of Marketplace Analysts at Tinuiti and works to develop and drive forward new business lines like Amazon’s DSP and Walmart Advertising. When she is not loving on her 95-pound lap dog, Nancy can be found outside with family and friends- hiking in the summer and skiing in the winter. She strives to live her life by her high school motto- “Carpe Diem” and believes that friends, living room dance parties and cake are always a good idea.”

Jen Krupey
Jen has worked in the marketing, advertising and communications world for nearly 19 years. A victim of the 1st .com boom, Jen made her way to the agency world where she’s held various leadership positions, overseeing the growth and evolution of digital marketing departments. Four years ago, she was introduced to Amazon and, after diving in, realized the marketplace was going to be a disrupter in the world of branding and advertising. As the CEO of NatchCom Jen helps natural product companies take their digital marketing efforts to the next level by providing them with tips, tools and resources to increase direct-to-consumer sales.

Lucy Rand
Lucy Rand is the Vice President of Marketing at Birch Benders and is known around the company as the “flapjack of all trades.” She has extensive brand management experience with natural food start-ups and oversees brand positioning, new product launches, and eCommerce strategy. In 2017, Lucy implemented a hybrid sales strategy on Amazon and grew the business 10x in 1.5 years making Birch Benders one of the top pancake brands on Amazon.

Andy Judd
Andy Judd is an experienced marketing leader focused on building exceptional teams and go-to-market models that build brands and businesses. He has led teams across brand marketing, insights, and creative services from large strategic CPG enterprises to emerging high-growth brands. Most recently, he was VP Marketing for the Boulder Brands business unit of Pinnacle Foods. He previously was leading the management of the So Delicious brand at WhiteWave, where he also spent time transforming the organic and non-dairy yogurt business into one of the fastest growing yogurt companies in the US. Prior to joining WhiteWave, he served as Category Director for ice cream, iced coffee, blended beverages and value added milk portfolio at Saputo Dairy Foods, an acquired away from home division from Dean Foods. Andy joined Dean Foods in June 2010 as Director for Cultured Dairy and Value Added Milk after serving at Campbell’s Soup Company as Brand Manager for Campbell’s Condensed Soups. During his seven‐year tenure at Campbell’s, Andy also led marketing of the Campbell’s kids foods portfolio, the development of Hispanic marketing, and the acquisition of Wolfgang Puck Soups and Sauces.
