Susan Graf – Alpine Bank
Susan Graf has served in leadership roles in a variety of mid-sized CPG companies, including VP Finance and Administration at Bhakti Chai and Vice President of Operations at Leanin’ Tree, a Boulder greeting card manufacturer. Graf now helps socially and environmentally conscious companies connect with the capital they need to fulfill their missions. She also serves on the boards of Naturally Boulder and the Colorado Enterprise Fund.
Dan King – Boulder SBDC
Dan’s extensive career spans the fields of banking, real estate, hotels, restaurants, consulting and property management. He has worked for HSBC Bank, HVS International and has started three businesses of his own. He has been actively involved with the City of Boulder, was the Chair of the Board of Directors for the Boulder Chamber of Commerce and on the Executive Board for the Boulder Convention and Visitors Bureau. His areas of expertise include financial modeling, market analysis and general business operations. Dan is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.
Robert Anderson – Colorado Enterprise Fund
Robert Anderson is a small business turn-around expert and business coach, with success restoring value to businesses throughout North America. He has a track record of small business success, identifying harmful constraints and implementing solutions to restore long-term organizational and financial health. He served in various senior management roles in high-tech businesses with national and international presence. Since 1995 he has provided life-changing training and leadership to clients in the U.S. and Canada, serving as a consultant for International Profit Associates and for Small Business Advocacy Center, his private practice, located in northern Colorado. Besides teaching, Anderson is a leader at Colorado Enterprise Fund, a non-profit community development lender. He heads the team of small business consultants charged with helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses successfully.
After earning an MA in English from University of Arkansas, Anderson’s career began at Southwest Missouri State University where he was an English instructor. He later turned to business leadership. After earning an MBA in 1988 from University of Memphis, Anderson focused his attentions as a change agent reforming practices in high-tech businesses and later as a consultant to small businesses. During this time he created numerous learning guides, manuals and reference works to support the best-practice campaigns he headed.
