Bio’s

Michael Silverman is managing director and founder of Samantha Brands Group with a focus on general management, portfolio management, deal construction, and finance. Michael is a lifelong investor and entrepreneur. He grew up in California and has worked in a family office investment environment throughout his career. He attended the University of Southern California where he received his BA in Philosophy and the University of Denver Sturm College of Law where he received his Juris Doctor; he is a current member of the Colorado Bar. Michael is also co-founder of Silverback Holdings, a family office investment company which he co-founded with his younger sister, Samantha. Michael’s investment activities span multiple industries including technology, retail, real estate, and consumer brands. In his free time Michael loves skiing, hiking, Crossfit, and traveling.

Juan Ignacio Stewart is the founder of Green Belly Foods, a Guatemalan foods company based in Boulder. Growing up between Antigua, Guatemala and Boulder, Colorado most of his life, Juan is introducing new and exciting flavors to the US market that have made Green Belly Foods double its growth every year the past four years

Evan Cormane is a Colorado native who loves the outdoors and everything food. He grew up working every position in his family’s restaurant from bus boy to manager, while attending the University of Colorado Boulder. Now a young gun entrepreneur he is still hustling multiple positions at local companies Casa Alvarez Foods and BioResponse Nutrients. Co-founder of Casa Alvarez Foods, Evan is a Chile Verde Ambassador overseeing marketing and sales for the company. At BioResponse Nutrients he is the systems administrator and warehouse manager for the local Nutrient Supplement company.
