Melanie’s plant based lifestyle and passion for high quality natural and organic foods brought her to Whole Foods Market in 2003. She has worked in various stores throughout Colorado and Southern California and has been a transformational leader and tastemaker in the Produce, Floral, Whole Body and Grocery categories. She has been a Regional Grocery Buyer for the Rocky Mountain Region since 2016 and is responsible for supporting the local product experience in 6 local metro areas, including Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, Idaho, Kansas and El Paso. Rachel Kopfensteiner
Rachel Kopfensteiner is an experienced Sales Manager with a demonstrated history working in the supermarket industry. I currently work as the Natural Foods Sales Manager at King Soopers/City Market. I have an extensive knowledge base in nutrition due to my bachelor of science degree in Nutrition & Food Science from Colorado State University. When not working, I enjoy traveling and doing outdoor activities especially if they involve my dog, Kora.
Jaime Mruz
Jaime Mruz is the Category Manager of Supplements for Lucky’s Market. Raised in Alaska, Jaime became passionate about plants and the wild outdoors at an early age. Her professional career began in the nursing field, but after moving to Colorado in 2008 she was quickly captivated by the world of preventative medicine, and her focus and career path changed forever. Jaime has worked in the Natural Products industry for over a decade where she has developed her passion for herbal medicine and supplements. Jaime is dedicated to using her position at Lucky’s to curate the best assortment of products, spot trends, drive innovation in the supplement category, and help to educate the Lucky’s community.
