ANALYTICS & SALES PLANNING ASSOCIATE: The Analytics & Sales Planning Associate will be responsible for leading all business analytics for No Cow including developing monthly reporting and powerful sales presentations. This role will also be responsible for assisting the sales team with key business processes such as new item paperwork, promotion planning, forecast planning. Candidate must have a strong track record of success, be able to work in a team environment, and be passionate about being a ‘leader’ and a ‘doer’.

• Lead all business analytics with a deep understanding of the market, category and competitive landscape, including building custom reports & dashboards
• Synthesize learnings across data sources to support sales & marketing with retailer analyses, consumer/shopper trends, white space innovation analysis, and other business initiatives
• Analyze data to drive distribution, shelving, merchandising and pricing opportunities
• Lead ad hoc consumer/shopper/category/customer insight projects
• Assist the sales planning process for the customer team with both a brand & category lens:
o Understand customer portals and forms to ensure smooth item execution o Manage internal sales project coordination and communication
o Assist in forecast planning by providing analysis to inform future volume
o Develop customer presentations
o Build promotional plans

• 3+ years of experience in an analytical environment, preferably with direct experience working with IRI/Nielsen/SPINs data in the CPG industry
• Bachelor degree required
• Proficient in syndicated & customer databases, as well as MS Office applications with a focus
on Excel (pivot tables, data manipulation, reporting, etc.)
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with individuals at all levels within the company and customers
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team player with a positive attitude
