The Assistant Brand Manager is a critical member of the marketing team, responsible for providing short and long term strategic direction for the brand. This position is responsible for specific projects and activities in support of the No Cow business. The ABM must be a strong “leader” and a “doer”. Individuals must have a keen view of the external environment including general trends impacting the business. Candidate must have a willingness to succeed in building a brand, be able to work in a team environment and be passionate about the brand values.
• Support in executing annual marketing plans to include digital activation, grassroots sampling initiatives, advertising, shopper marketing, market research and product development; includes writing creative briefs and managing project timelines
• Manage new innovation and packaging projects
• Oversee No Cow online store and Amazon marketing activations
• Lead development of shopper marketing & retail materials to meet customer & consumer objectives
• Flawlessly execute special projects including trade shows and in-store/special events
• Manage marketing budgets
• Conduct external and internal assessments of the business environment including competitors, marketing plans, customers, and industry trends

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years of brand management experience
• Excellent understanding of brand marketing and the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial atmosphere and be a strong self-starter & dot-connector
• Able to manage complexity and multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong project and time management skills essential
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, multi-tasker, pro-active, and creative
• Ability to be “hands on” with projects and miscellaneous tasks
• Be able to work in a team environment and be passionate about being a leader and a doer
