Who We Are:
Founded in 2015 by then 18-year-old Daniel “D” Katz, No Cow is rooted in entrepreneurship. Our mission is to provide the fuel to get after your fitness goals without the dairy and sugar that slows you down. No Cow Protein Bars and Energy Bars are dairy free, soy free, gluten free, vegan, non-GMO, high in plant-based protein, and contain only 1g of sugar – there’s nothing else like them. We’re growing fast and looking for people who have passion for our mission, are nimble, can challenge the norm, but most importantly, want to enjoy the journey!

What Would You Say You Do Here?
The Brand Manager is a critical leader of our marketing team, responsible for providing short and long term strategic direction for the brand. We need someone who can balance being a leader as well as a “doer” that can roll up their sleeves. This person must bring strong marketing and brand activation skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders. The right candidate will have a strong track record building brands in high-growth emerging companies, be able to work in a team environment, and be scrappy in finding ways to drive growth. Specifically, we need someone who can:

• Develop and execute annual marketing plans
• Continuously improve brand positioning, consumer targeting, and messaging
• Build digital and social community across platforms, including influencer programs
• Execute PR programs
• Partner closely with sales team to execute high ROI programing with our retail partners
• Lead development of product line extensions and new product innovation
• Manage content development and strategy
• Manage consumer relations
• Develop marketing budget, work with executive team to set goals, and report to the team

What We’re Looking For:
• 4+ years of experience in branded consumer products marketing roles, preferably prior experience with BOTH big companies and emerging/start-up companies
• Key functional expertise across advertising, promotion, PR, digital marketing, market research, and innovation
