JOB DESCRIPTION: The Brand Manager will lead planning for MindFull’s presence in both the United States and abroad, and oversee all aspects of the development and implementation of marketing and trade strategy, communications, and innovation. Supports Sr Brand Manager in the development and implementation of planning, consumer communications and new products. This position will play a cross-functional role in supporting and collaborating with sales, manufacturing, operations, purchasing, distribution, finance and outside agency partners, suppliers and brokers in brand projects that deliver annual and long-term sales and objectives.

What you will do at MindFull:
● Launch and manage go to market plans
● Launch co-branded U.S. on-premise & retail partnerships
● Plan and execute sponsorship and in-kind partnership opportunities
● Plan, manage, and be accountable for the marketing budget
● Create templated processes for each stage of the brand’s lifecycle that will become the MindFull playbook for brand projects
● Achieve and track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) set forth in the marketing plan
● Know the MindFull brand P&L – a full brand strategy understanding and how it fits within the larger context of the sales, marketing, operations and overall corporate and portfolio strategy
● Develop, plan and manage annual brand execution calendar & key initiatives in support of revenue projections:
○ Retail campaigns, field marketing and consumer events
○ Fully integrate with social, digital, experiential, and in-store POS
● Manage public relations and engagement/experiential agency as the key point of contact
● Brief and manage agencies to develop in-store merchandising elements in collaboration with MindFull creative services agency:
○ Temporary corrugate floor and counter stands
○ Permanent track programs
○ Other on/off-shelf POS (eg. danglers, channel strips)
● Develop strong relationships with retail marketing partners focused on planning and execution of shopper marketing campaigns
● Acquire and communicate competitive insights including brand, format, pricing and promotional
● Work closely with local MindFull direct and wholesale sales teams to coordinate events, market activations, and retail expansion
● Liaise with strategic partners on campaigns and execution

● A deep understanding and enthusiasm for organic & natural food trends as an ambassador for the brand(s)

● Currently located or willingness to relocate to Colorado Front Range, Summer 2018

Education & Experience:
● University or college education with a focus on marketing and/or business
● Expert in Excel, Powerpoint, Word or Apple equivalent
● Experienced SPINs, IRI & Nielsen data user
● 5+ years experience in brand management or a similar role in marketing and/or CPG is preferred
● Digital & E-comm channel experience, preferred
