Our purpose is to empower people to live a joyful, adventurous, and fulfilling life. We are an active lifestyle company that includes an eCommerce dietary supplement and functional food brand and an online media brand. Our core values are: integrity, joy, adventure, transparency, health, humility, gratitude, and authenticity.

The COO reports to the CEO, and all other leadership team members report directly to the COO. We currently use the EOS system to run our business, so the COO must be interested in using this model.
Our ideal COO loves working with others and provides stability, guidance, and mentorship for all team members. The COO helps our team focus, prioritize, operate and plan logically, resolve issues respectfully and honestly, and hold each other accountable.
This person is invigorated by growth and grounded in realism. Over the next year, we are on track to double our revenue and the size of our team, and our COO must be excited by challenges presented in growing a young, enthusiastic team, balancing multiple complex projects at once, and having fun throughout.
