Consumer Relations Intern

Summary/Job Overview:
The role of the Justin’s Consumer Relations Intern is to provide support to the Consumer Relations Team serving as a key liaison with our customers and cross-functionally within Justin’s.
The Consumer Relations Intern role will allow our team to increase work flow and response time. The intern will become proficient in relationship building and all appropriate systems and/or forms to effectively manage marketing-related tasks.

Key Accountabilities:
• Assist Consumer Relations Department
Serve as a touch point for the Justin’s brand for consumer inquiries and responses and event requests
Act as a key support role for communication for the Consumer Relations Department
Greet and assist visitors to the office
• Assist with Marketing/Events Inquiries
Vet any product donation and events sponsorship requests received via email
Coordinate product shipments for brand influencers and events

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong customer service skills with internal and external customer interaction
• Ability to understand and navigate current systems and processes
• Ability to work 10-20 hours per week (and possibly more, as needed)

• B.A. in Marketing, Communications or related field
