The Customer Experience Associate will be responsible for following up on inbound leads, servicing existing customers, on-boarding new customers and handling customer service inquires/complaints.
Core Responsibilities include:

Provide engaging customer contact by understanding and responding to customer needs with exceptional service delivery.
Delivery quality experiences on every customer contact.
Answer customer inquiries via phone, web and email.
Research accounts, identify key players and generate sales interest.
Maintain and expand database of prospects – keep accurate records and document customer service actions/discussions (Infusionsoft).
Become an expert on all QS products clearly communicate product features, benefits, pricing.
Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through resolution.
Handle, track and resolve all customer complaints incorrect shipments, missing shipments, product issues, etc.
As needed/requested by manager – represent sales team at tradeshows and conferences, with some weekend work/travel required.
Through daily interaction with customers, suggest improvements in the sales/customer service process.
Qualifications: Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Person must have a minimum of 1-year experience in a sales/customer support role. In addition, person must be proficient in MS Office and have the ability to deliver a high level of professionalism.
Ideal Candidates have the following traits:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience using CRM software and Magento
