Job Description – Demand Planner/Inventory Analyst

Overview
Boulder,CO-based PACT Apparel is seeking a Demand Planner/Inventory Analyst to assist with the growth of our rapidly expanding business. This position is responsible for managing our product catalog, maintaining forecasts associated with customers and products, monitoring the accuracy of these forecasts, and planning buys accordingly.

PACT Apparel is headquartered in Boulder, Colorado
Office based
Reports to: Director of Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain demand forecast for multiple time horizons
Review and evaluate 1st party and 3rd party sales data to validate and refine forecast models
Interact with sales, marketing, product, and finance to understand demand forecast drivers
Coordinate cross-functional process to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts
Interact with marketing and product teams to manage SKU catalog of thousands of products (new item creation, catalog management, product versioning/updates)
Construct and manipulate highly complex Excel models to analyze forecast data and inventory levels to plan buys/production accordingly
Interact with production management team overseas to facilitate supply planning
Work with in-house and 3rd party developers to build IT tools to facilitate recurring processes/analysis tasks
Provide support with periodic and ad hoc financial and operational analysis
Continuous process improvement

Education, Experience & Skills
Demonstrated proficiency in demand planning/analysis, forecasting methods, and understanding of corresponding financial/operational impacts
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
3+ years of relevant experience
Consumer products and/or e-commerce experience preferred
Superior attention to detail
Google analytics experience required
Netsuite experience strongly preferred
