Position Overview
Work closely with founder/CEO and Director of Marketing to continue bamboobies (Soft Style, Inc.) successes by managing and growing ecommerce sales and keeping abreast of what’s happening through data and insights. Play a key role in ecommerce promotional plan development and execution. Let’s milk these opportunities! Track the details of advertising and promotions to see performance against goals. Curious experimentation with results-driven analysis is the backbone of this job.

The primary responsibilities for the bamboobies Digital Marketing Manager include:
• Create and execute digital marketing and promotional plans through owned channels (i.e. social media, email and Website) to achieve ecomm/direct to consumer sales goals
• Work directly with internal design & marketing team as well as external partners to develop ad creative, landing pages & email campaigns to drive ecomm sales
• Analyze performance data and KPI metrics, compile a report to share regularly and recommend optimizations based on learnings
• Manage digital marketing partners to grow ecomm business
• Test, optimize and scale cost-effective customer acquisition campaigns across multiple digital channels
• Manage Amazon marketing opportunities and partners to grow the business and exceed company goals

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Advertising , Communications or Business
• Minimum 6 years of experience preferably in CPG Industry (Baby/Children’s industry is a plus)
• Experience reading and analyzing data, then sharing insights learned to grow the business
• Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate (verbal/written) effectively
• Experience with Amazon Marketplace and other e-commerce platforms highly desirable
• Experience in paid social advertising. Including but not limited to: Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Pixel, Dynamic Ads, Retargeting, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Instagram ads & sales, Twitter & Pinterest
• Experience in SEO & SEM and of Amazon systems (e.g. Vendor & Seller Central, AMS) are also a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft & Google Suites
