Company Background:

ONE Brands, formerly OhYeah! Nutrition, was founded in 1999 by Ron McAfee, a pioneer and leader in the protein category. Historically, OhYeah focused on the nutrition space, offering protein shakes, powders and supplements. In late 2015, OhYeah launched their newest innovation – the ONE Bar. In just 12 months, ONE Bar exploded onto the marketplace, amassing a huge following despite limited distribution. The launch of the ONE Birthday Cake Bar sealed the deal on ONE’s position as a leading better-for-you indulgent protein snack, touting superior taste and texture.

Since then, OhYeah rebranded to ONE Brands, continued to innovate into new flavors and recently launched ONE PLANT, a plant-protein based bar. ONE has been the fastest-growing protein bar in the category for the last year and has continued to increase awareness, distribution and household penetration nationally. In October 2019, ONE Brands was acquired by the Hershey Company and yet maintains offices in Charlotte, NC and Boulder, CO. ONE Brands is focused on proving that guilt-free indulgence is possible, offering high protein and low sugar products that deliver on amazing taste and texture.

About the Job:

We are looking for a motivated, curious, creative Digital Marketing Specialist with a passion for connecting with current and future audiences who will create and curate content, lead interactions with fans and followers, and optimize the growth and user engagement of ONE Brands social media platforms. Working directly with Senior Digital Manager, the Digital Marketing Specialist supports all the ONE Brands digital marketing activities. This highly collaborative position is accountable for content planning by channel, regular content creation and management, and continuous improvement in social media performance. The ideal candidate will have a few years of proven professional experience and success in helping build digital marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily management and monitoring of ONE Brands social media channels
Manage social media content calendar in collaboration with content team to plan for paid/organic efforts, sales and fundraising campaigns and other cross-departmental initiatives
Brainstorm, strategize and develop engaging brand voice(s) across digital portfolio
Develop, manage and distribute effective social media content across multiple channels including but not limited to website, SEO, social media, newsletter, Google AdWords, and other digital platforms·
Contribute to engagement amongst users / followers / fans
Direction of design across multiple social media pages and profiles
Work closely with Senior Digital Manager to promote brand consistency
Analyze metrics and adjust strategies to improve social media efforts
Deliver social media monthly activity reports
Actively gather, analyze and present digital brand/competitor insights, industry news and emerging technology
Plan and execute newsletter program including strategy, creative direction, optimization and reporting Digital Media Coordination·
Coordinate digital campaigns with external agencies and technologies effectively

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Education and/or Experience:
BS/BA Degree (Business/Marketing preferred)
1-3 years’ digital marketing experience including digital media, content creation, conversion optimization, and community management
Excellent strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills including leadership, communication and teamwork along with ability to work independently
Creative thinker with the ability to track trends and develop or seek out innovative ideas
Knowledge of marketing metrics/KPIs
Ability to manage and prioritize many projects simultaneously
Proficient in similar platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Pinterest, Word Press, Google Analytics, Google AdWords (Search & Display Network), Google Tag Manager, Mail Chimp
Full-time position based in the Boulder office
