Digital Marketing Specialist
Door to Door Organics seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive social and digital acquisition campaigns, while also providing support of Customer Growth team initiatives.
This individual will report to the Customer Growth Manager, and will be responsible for deploying social campaigns that will drive acquisition and retention of high-value customers across all of the markets Door to Door Organics serves while maintaining consistency with Door to Door Organics’ brand, values, and mission. This role coordinates with the Marketing & Customer Care teams to support their respective missions and commitment to the customers.
Social Media & Digital Advertising responsibilities:
Manage an active presence on social media sites including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Googl+, YouTube, Yelp, Blogs, and new and emerging social media platforms engaging customers, fans, and helping to maintain Company’s reputation online.
Plan, test, and execute sign-up campaigns across Facebook/Instagram including new customer promotions, retargeting, prospecting, etc.
Actively monitor campaign performance, tracking results daily and optimizing as necessary, and report back to customer growth team.
Conduct on-going social listening across all social platforms, ensuring quick responses to customer needs
Oversee tracking for social media growth campaigns, measuring key performance metrics such as spend, impressions, CPA, CTR, and ROAS.
Collaborate with content marketing team to deliver assets for upcoming campaigns as well as ensure effective and cohesive cross-team strategies.
Work within the prescribed budget, and with high collaborating with Customer Growth Manager, for all digital campaigns, optimizing spend and tactics to generate strong ROI across all initiatives.
Coordinate community management for all social accounts with Customer Care team, communicating all campaign schedules, as well as providing training and best practices.
Work jointly with digital advertising agencies and other vendor partners as necessary.
College degree in marketing or a related field, or 4 years of related experience at an e-commerce company or digital agency
Proven results in digital and social media marketing–must have experience deploying regional growth campaigns and be able to speak to the goals, execution and results from those initiatives
Highly creative, with a strong balance of analytic thinking and messaging know-how
Ability to prioritize, make decisions, and take ownership in a high-pace, high energy environment
Must possess clear oral and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
