JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Integrated Marketing Manager is a critical member of the marketing team, responsible for the strategy and execution of integrated campaigns; driving brand awareness and new consumer acquisition. This role supports both online and offline marketing and will require a high degree of entrepreneurial spirit and passion for brand building. Candidate must have a strong track record of success in building brands in high-growth companies, be able to work in a team environment and be passionate about being a “leader” and a “doer”.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop strategy and own execution of innovative integrated campaigns designed to drive new customer acquisition and brand awareness
• Identify and actively explore high-potential opportunities; test these and incorporate into a broad acquisition plan
• Drive social media and influencer strategy and execution, through content develop, building relationships with infuencers, and establishing a strong ambassador program
• Build strong PR programs to drive brand awareness
• Work with the channel marketing owners to best leverage campaigns and ensure consistent end-to-end consumer experience
• Manage all digital marketing opportunities, including the website, email marketing campaigns, SEO
• Maintain effective communication across organization as it relates to programs owned
• Develop and maintain key performance metric reports that track efficacy of variables; analyze campaign performance against established benchmarks, summarize key insights, and recommend actions to improve
• Drive effective management of budget and program ROI
• Manage and own relationships with external vendors, and collaborate with internal teams at No Cow (marketing, sales, etc.)
• Manage customer service across all social channels, email and phone

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• 4-6 years marketing experience focused on establishing innovative integrated marketing campaigns, including building strong influencer programs and social media presence
• Experience managing multiple projects with flawless execution
• Experience building strategic partnerships preferred
• Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, multi-tasker, pro-active, and creative
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team player with a positive attitude
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills plus experience in dealing with multiple and diverse stakeholders and business partners
• Prior experience in the natural foods space a plus
