Made In Nature is looking for an ambitious Account Coordinator who is passionate about organic food and healthy living. As an integral member of Made In Nature’s corporate office, the Key Account Coordinator should be a detail oriented self-starter with the ability to take ideas from strategy to execution. This role will be an essential part of the sales team, working to implement quarterly sales and promotion strategies specific to the club channel. This is not a job, but a mission!

• Manage an international promotional calendar for Made In Nature’s key club accounts, covering approximately 700 club warehouses across 8 domestic and 6 international regions
• Support the sales team in planning and organizing annual promotional spend
• Assist in maintaining annual club sales budget and monthly forecasts
• Establish and maintain exceptional relationships with 3rd party demo services, regional buying teams, and international buying offices
• Analyze weekly sales data and use metrics to develop quarterly strategies
• Maintain financial records for all returns, deductions, and trade spend
• Clear communication between Customer Service, Production and Procurement teams
• Manage sample requests for key club accounts

• BS/BA in Business Administration or related field
• Experience with data analysis – IRI, Spins, Nielson
• Sales and customer service experience preferred
• Strong organization skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team player with a demonstrated passion for organic food and healthy lifestyle
