Our mission is to return clean nutrition to American diets by replacing shallow grains—those with little nutritional value— with Ancient Greats—nutritionally dense, plant based ingredients that have been consumed for millennia. We have a well-established category leading brand with a strong market position in blue chip retailers. With our recently launched POW! Protein Pasta sub brand and our new microwavable heat-and-eat quinoas, we continue our tradition of improving the nutritional profile of traditional categories without sacrificing great taste – all while offering convenience for today’s busy consumers.

We are currently looking for an Associate Brand Manager to join our marketing team in the greater Boulder area. No relocation is provided. This position reports directly to the VP of Marketing.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
 Manage e-commerce initiatives (e.g. Amazon, Thrive Market, etc.) and assist in developing e-commerce growth strategies
 Assist in developing marketing strategies and executing initiatives
 Support the Sales team with retailer initiatives, selling tools and presentations
 Analyze and report on syndicated data
 Manage external partners and agencies (e.g. designer, digital/social, PR)
 Lead cross-functional teams in support of marketing initiatives
 Actively participate in and lead innovation projects
 Organize and maintain image library (e.g. Item Master, iXOne, etc.)
 Manage the marketing budget including month-end reconciliation
 Coordinate all trade shows and consumer events
 Perform other duties deemed necessary by supervisor

Required Experience & Qualifications:
 2+ years brand marketing experience in CPG – preferably natural/organic food
 Must have e-commerce (especially Amazon) experience
 Experience pulling and analyzing syndicated data (e.g. SPINS, Nielsen or IRI)
 Adaptable to change and the fast-pace of an entrepreneurial culture
 Independent and self-motivated
 Strong organization and project management skills
 Strong communication skills
 Proficient computer skills
 BA/BS in Marketing
