Position Overview
Based in Boulder, Colorado the Logistics Coordinator is a vital member of the Natural Habitats USA team. The role’s primary focus is to manage order details, inventory, and logistics across the three USA business units of palm ingredients, consumer packaged goods, and animal nutrition. Natural Habitats USA is a small team in which everyone wears multiple hats and this person will provide additional sales, quality assurance, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is a team-player with a strong drive to ‘get things done’ and a positive attitude.

Position Responsibilities
• Oversee palm ingredient and CPG inventories including warehouse management and procurement
• Provide exemplary customer service
• Coordinate LTL order fulfillment and documentation
• Organize FCL ordering, movements, and import
• Collaborate with export team in Ecuador on production schedule and plan
• Support customers with onboarding, supplier documentation, questions, and complaints
• Manage sample program
• Provide administrative support for QA documentation, tradeshow shipments, and office inventory

• Procurement and/or supply chain logistics experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently with a high attention to detail
• A positive attitude and commitment to customer service
• Proactive work ethic with a desire to solve problems
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Alignment with the Palm Done Right and Natural Habitats Vision, Mission, and Principles
