Palm Done Right

Palm Done Right is: 100% Organic, Deforestation Free, Wildlife
Friendly and Fair & Social. The Palm Done Right movement
brings together brand manufacturers, retailers, and consumers
to increase awareness around the environmental and social
benefits of palm grown right. An increasing number of brands
are using Palm Done Right as the alternative to conventional
palm oil for their products. A growing number of retailers are
joining the Palm Done Right program to help change the
conversation around palm oil and stimulate the uptake of
organic and sustainable palm oil.

Position Overview

Based in Boulder, Colorado this position will manage Natural
Habitats’ North American marketing efforts. Responsibilities will
include management of the Palm Done Right (PDR) movement,
and marketing support of the three Natural Habitats’ business
arms of food and personal care bulk ingredients (FPC), private
label (CPG), and animal feed (OAN). Natural Habitats USA is a
small team in which everyone wears multiple hats; the ideal
candidate is a team-player with a strong drive to ‘get things
done’ and a positive attitude.

Position Responsibilities

• Execute marketing strategies under the lead and
collaboration with the Communications and PDR Director
to increase sales and grow Palm Done Right (PDR)
• Collaborate with Communications and PDR Director in
developing and managing strategic partnerships: PDR
Partners, Zoos, Trade Associations, etc.
• Conduct market research and develop product category
• Conduct market surveys
• Onboard, engage, and support PDR partners
• Coordinate Palm Done Right Month
• Manage creative assets: logos, photos, marketing
collateral, sales literature, swag, etc.
• Create and administer email newsletters
• Coordinate US trade show details
• Oversee US marketing budget and collaborate


• Marketing experience with a values based brand or
• Prior involvement with a natural products brand and/or
retailer preferred
• Comfort presenting to small and large groups
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate
with a diverse group of people
• Enjoy organizing content and sharing creative ideas
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Alignment with the Palm Done Right and Natural Habitats

• Salary Range: $70,000 – $90,000
