Ultra Cuisine is looking to hire a Marketing Manager. This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing brand and high performing team, develop a deep understanding of e-commerce, and understand how to build an authentic brand. Ultra Cuisine is experiencing explosive growth presenting an opportunity for a high performing team member to accelerate his/her career. The Marketing Manager will work directly with the Chief Operating Officer and 3rd party agencies in assisting with building the brand, optimizing the e-commerce customer experience, and executing marketing initiatives across all of Ultra Cuisine’s social media channels, emails, and website. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, be able to anticipate the needs of our core customers, and a relentless desire to learn rapidly while performing at a high-level.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for increasing sales on Amazon while simultaneously strengthening our product catalog’s organic positioning, optimizing our product catalog’s conversion rate, and ensuring our ad spend is efficient.

Email Marketing
Develop and optimize email flows in Klaviyo iterating on a continuous basis
Manage the delivery and optimization of email campaigns
Create, edit, and review content created internally and by freelancers/agency partners
Content Marketing:
Ensure the voice of the brand is consistent across all marketing channels
Manage the curation and distribution of social media, website, email, and marketplace content that resonates with our core customer
Monitor and measure KPIs related to Ultra Cuisine’s content marketing strategy
Develop content for paid advertisement campaigns
Social Media Management:
Collaborate with the COO on developing and executing a promotional calendar across our e-commerce and social media channels
Manage the execution of influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and other marketing initiatives as needed
Traffic & Website Optimization:
Manage the optimization, performance, and customer experience on Ultra Cuisine’s website with 3rd party agencies
Oversee 3rd party agencies executing paid and organic traffic driving advertising and marketing campaigns
Assist in the curation of brand content and messaging to improve Ultra Cuisine’s website’s branding and customer experience
Monitor and measure KPIs to improve Ultra Cuisine’s website performance and customer experience
Customer/Competitor Research:
Conduct customer interviews to identify product, marketing, and branding opportunities
Research competitors to identify product, marketing, and branding opportunities
Provide analytical support in analyzing market data to inform the company’s product development, marketing, and branding
Compensation: $55,000-85,000 Total – (Base + Bonus)

Completed a 4-year undergraduate degree
At least 2 years of professional experience in digital, social media, and/or email marketing
Consistent track-record of taking initiative and being intrinsically motivated
Proactive problem solver that is able to anticipate the needs of our customers
Passion for writing, creating content, social media, and brand development
Ability to leverage analytical thinking and research skills to inform brand development and marketing
Strong desire to learn and understand consumer products and e-commerce
Ability to be resourceful in completing projects efficiently and in a professional manner
Capable of holding oneself accountable to achieve goals in a remote work environment
Strong grammar, writing, and communication skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft excel, adobe photoshop, google analytics and shopify (preferred)
Access to high speed internet
Located (or willingness to relocate before employment) in the Denver/Boulder Metro Area
Ability to meet in person 2-3x per week
