Our growth is fueled by individuals who share our passion. Currently, we are excited to announce an opening for a part-time Testing Support Coordinator in our Lafayette, CO office.
The Testing Support Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination and communication of blood metals testing results, acting as a liaison between laboratory personnel and the executive review process – handling billing, data entry, and patient and practitioner inquiries. This person will average about 25-28 hours per week.
Core Responsibilities include:
Facilitate communication between analytical team, management, and customers.
Process payment for testing in QuickBooks.
Input patient data into the sample check-in log from PRF’s and the Quicksilver Testing portal.
Receive patient results from the lab after clinical approval and create PDF reports of patient results, checking for accuracy and proper formatting.
Handle patient and practitioner inquiries regarding testing and results via phone, e-mail, and Zendesk.
Receive test kits for analysis.
Enter patient demographics and results into clinical database.
Place test kit orders on behalf of practitioners, as requested.
Qualified candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in a natural science or related field. Must have a minimum 1-year customer service experience. Person must be comfortable handling biological samples.
Ideal Candidates have the following traits:
Minimum 1-year customer service experience in a professional office environment.
HIPAA training or certification.
Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in QuickBooks, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, able to work autonomously, with the ability to relate to and work with a wide variety of personalities.
Customer service oriented.
