Rapidly growing consumer health product company is looking to hire a President to assist company in the next rapid stage of growth. This role will report to a non-operating owner, and have primary responsibility for sales and marketing.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of sales and marketing leadership in a consumer health, dietary supplement or natural/ specialty food and beverage company. The incumbent will have a career history of growth results in prior endeavors.
Key deliverables include:
Develop and implement a comprehensive 3- year strategic and annual sales, marketing and service operations plan.
Evaluate current sales, marketing and talent and processes.
Build, develop and manage sales and marketing team capable of carrying out needed sales and service initiatives.
Set strategy and manages sales channels – retail, distributor, practitioner and e-commerce.
Oversee the development of brand marketing communications and ensure coordination across sales channels.
Compensation includes Base Salary + Bonus + Equity
