We are looking for two production managers for a fast paced commercial bakery in Longmont. The days are Friday through Monday. Both day and night shifts are available. (7AM-3 PM & 5PM-12AM). We are a certified gluten free facility. You will be supervising and managing a staff of 4-6 people at a time. Day shift will be making batters for cheesecakes and key lime pies and baking and packaging these products. Night shifts will be making dough for GF pizza crusts. and pressing. This is a very clean, very efficient operation that requires someone with attention to detail, who works well with others and can manage all aspects of the production day.
