Full-Time Position: Social Media/Customer Service
Danconias creates delectable small batch brownie gifts baked with purpose. Our assortment boxes are easily ordered online and delivered to clients, friends, celebrations, and more. Elegantly presented, our sophisticated flavored brownies are handcrafted by the baking team at Community Table Kitchen, an organization that provides employment, resources, and housing to folks in need. Gifting with Danconias creates job opportunities and new skills for low income adults ready to work and learn.
Our clients consider us their Chief Gifting Officers. Whether they’re sending a special birthday gift or 1,000 thank you boxes to clients with customized messaging, we will tend to every detail of their order. Our job is to simplify the process so that our clients enjoy the giving experience, while they give back at the same time. It’s simple. They send a unique box of truffle brownies their recipients will rave about. The folks at Community Table Kitchen benefit.
This is a great opportunity for someone who would like start-up experience with direct social impact. This role will be based around Customer Service and Social Media. Our goal would be to accomplish/schedule much of the social media during our off-season and focus on Customer Service during our peak months. For the right candidate, this job could represent the start of a career in Social Impact.
• Facebook/Insta Posts – 4/month – more around holidays
• Eblasts twice monthly – more around holidays
• Updates to website as needed
• Customer Service / communication with customers
• Fill orders
o Use Shipstation for large orders (Excel skills)
o Use Shopify for individual orders
o Print Gift Message Cards
o Prepare Shipping Boxes
• Take Inventory weekly
• General Admin Tasks
