Job Overview
We are looking for a VP of Marketing to lead our growth marketing and sales operations with a focus on revenue growth, gross profit, and long-term brand. Duties include leading and managing marketing and sales department heads and integrating all revenue-related functions, including: online media division, advertising sales, brand marketing, eCommerce, partnerships, and customer service. This is an operational management role focused on analytical decision making, financial performance, process improvement, and building department infrastructure.

You must already possess the following skills and experience at a high level:
Experience leading a digital media or eCommerce company to at least $20 million in annual revenue, or scaling it by 100% if you were in leadership after the $20M mark
Detailed marketing, sales, and revenue projections
Proven quantitative skills for analyzing customer data and developing future customer acquisition and LTV strategies
Project management skills
Departmental budget oversight
Team leadership development and mentorship

Job Details
Full-time, competitive salary position
Based in North-Central Boulder headquarters
Mix of office and remote work (three days per week in office, two days remote)
Opportunity to do extended personal travel while working (e.g. work remotely from Europe for a month)
