Boulder Chefs to Present at James Beard House in New York

Chef Instructor Adam Duyle and Pastry Instructor Amy Dewitt, from Culinary School of the Rockies have been invited, along with The Kitchen Café’s Kyle Mendenhal, and Steamworks’ Co-Founder Kris Oyler, to host a “Celebrating Colorado’s Bounty” dinner at the James Beard House in New York. The event will take place March 6, 2009 and will feature local Colorado foods and hand-crafted beer.
