BOULDER, Colo. (April 28, 2009) – The Boulder Innovation Center has added three new clients to its growing Natural & Organic Business Program: Bozza Food Group, Imagine Beverages, and Tees For Change.
“The Natural & Organic sector continues to gain amazing momentum, despite the economic downturn,” said Tim Bour, the BIC’s Executive Director. “Companies need professional guidance today more than ever and our clients are finding the BIC’s incubation process to be quite beneficial as they navigate through the process of building a successful business.” The story of the Bozza Food Group starts in 1964 when Mike Bozza and his family left Naples, Italy to settle down in New York. His family had passed down the art of pasta making through generations. Mike’s father utilized the family’s recipes for artesian-style pasta to become one of the most famous pasta businesses in New York and Bozza Food Group continues this tradition today.
