Thank you for your interest in sampling products at a Naturally Boulder event! We love helping our community share its latest innovations. Please complete the form below so that we can find the right sampling opportunity for you. As part of this process, please also download the Naturally Boulder In-Kind Contribution Form, complete it, then upload your completed version as an attachment. Please note that submitting this online form does not guarantee a sampling opportunity, though we work hard to accommodate everyone. Thank you!
Please plan to bring your own beverage tub, ice, sample cups, utensils, plates, serving utensils, gloves, or other appropriate materials to share your products.
Morning Mingles: Attendees will try your products before and after the program, which runs 7:45 – 8:45 a.m. Please plan to set up by 7:15 a.m. in Alfalfa’s Cafe, and finish cleaning up by 9:00 a.m. Average attendance: 80 guests.
Networking Nights: Locations for these events vary, but we’ll generally ask you to arrive on-site to set up by 5:10 p.m. The event will run 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. so please plan to be cleaned up by 8:00 p.m. Average attendance: 115 guests.
Education Events: Please plan to set up on the fourth floor of the CASE building by 5:10 p.m. We share food and beverages with our attendees in the 30 minutes before the primary program begins, which generally runs 6:00 – 7:15 p.m. Note that absolutely no food or beverages are permitted inside the auditorium. You’ll be able to clean up as the program begins at 6:00 p.m. Average attendance: 65 guests.

24 – 48 hours before the event to receive an anticipated headcount of our attendees.
