How do you plan to structure your monthly meetings?

First meeting is to get to know the client in more detail and understand core issues / desires. Subsequent sessions (ideally in person) would be to discuss progress against key objectives and understand and discuss new challenges or desires.

Finally, who would be an ideal mentee for you in this program, given your areas of expertise and experience?

Someone in the natural and organic space that is open minded and interested in deriving benefits from my experience. Ideally someone that has some experience in more senior management level roles
