What area(s) of focus would you most like to address with your mentees?
Supply Chain, Product Development, QA/QC and general operations/manufacturing.
How do you plan to structure your monthly meetings?
I generally approach each company individually from the perspective that we address what is most prevalent to the brand/manufacturer at the time. The “buckets” that I work in need to be more free-form because the push and pull of those functions is not uniform amongst each business. Sometimes supply chain is more important than food safety; sometimes food safety is less important than operations.
Finally, who would be an ideal mentee for you in this program, given your areas of expertise and experience?
I think I can function and/or add value to any CPG brand and/or manufacturer.
