I have 16 years of combined experience. For almost 6 years in the CPG space, I have directed teams, managed innovation and redesign product programs, and led supply chain strategy and processes for a $6BN business.
My rapid succession from analyst to director in the CPG space came from successfully transferring 10 years of experience from the energy industry in operations, project, process, and people leadership. I rebuilt my current team to be nearly autonomous and transformed their credibility story. I am looking to lead a team where process, project, program, and change management are critical parts of the work. I’m looking for an interesting challenge.
