Fred is an experienced Sales & Marketing Executive who has spent over 45 years working with both large and small companies including The Quaker Oats Company, Sara Lee Foods, Vans Waffles, Breyers, and YoCrunch Yogurt. He spent 2014-2020 working at Beyond Meat as Vice President of Sales and building that business to the point that the company went public in 2019.

Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain

How do you plan to structure your monthly meetings?

I will strive to understand Mentees’ needs and structure conversations/discussions around these topics. Some might be structured and some might be free flowing conversations.

Finally, who would be an ideal mentee for you in this program, given your areas of expertise and experience?

1) Someone with an existing business looking to scale and needs help understanding what it takes to do that.
2) Someone who has a great idea for a new product and needs help understanding all the things you need to know to get their business up and running.
3) Someone who can benefit from my experience in sales and velocity.
