What area(s) of focus would you most like to address with your mentees?
Smart investments to fuel growth and avoiding early stage pitfalls.
How do you plan to structure your monthly meetings?
I would start by asking for input on the most pressing questions/subjects, and then structure subsequent meetings to cover those specific topics. I would also include time for free-flowing conversation since there will likely be new/unique developments that occur over the course of the program.
Finally, who would be an ideal mentee for you in this program, given your areas of expertise and experience?
I continue to learn from my fellow CEOs every day, and consider the broader natural products community as type of ongoing mentorship. Specifically, I’m very thankful for the casual influence of Alan Murray, Blake Waltrip, and Doug Radi, who continue to inspire me with their ingenuity, passion, and shared experiences.
