What area(s) of focus would you most like to address with your mentees?
Structuring financial operations in alignment with growth plan
How do you plan to structure your monthly meetings?
Monthly meetings will be a blend of structured vs free-flowing. I will develop a schedule of topics after the first meeting, catered to their particular situation(s).
Month 1 = Intros, Review financial goals and operations of mentee businesses with Homework to send financial statements for review & support plus 1:1 meeting if we are in a group setting.
Month 2-6 = Custom accounting & financial operations training based on the current systems and future goals of the mentees, focused on using financial systems as a tool for navigting growth. Topics to include Core Components of their Accounting Functions, Cash Flow vs Profitability, & Using financial statements to tell your brand story to stakeholders
Finally, who would be an ideal mentee for you in this program, given your areas of expertise and experience?
Founders of brands pre-revenue through $1M/annual sales using (or planning to use) multiple sales channels including e-commerce, direct sales, and retail distribution.
Brands that process/produce their products in-house (rather than a co-manufacturer) have complexities that are especially within our wheelhouse.
