Mike Murray is a 30 year CPG veteran with a passion for leading mission-driven food & beverage brands to the ethical definition of success. Currently CEO of the small but mighty plant-based solutions company Good Karma Foods, Mike has also served the cause successfully as CEO of branded regenerative protein purveyor Teton Waters Ranch, and prior to that as CEO of high-growth free-from snacking platform free2b Foods. From 2011 – 2014, Mike was an integral part of the leadership team that grew plant-based pioneer So Delicious Dairy Free into a $200M+ cross-category dairy free solution brand, resulting in the successful strategic exit to White Wave Foods/Danone. Prior to joining the natural & organic foods movement, Mike spent 10 years in brand and general management with General Mills, successfully growing iconic brands like Betty Crocker, Pillsbury, Nature Valley and LARABAR. Mike earned his MBA at UCLA, and lives in the Front Range with his wife, Sunshine, three sons Sean, Kyle, and Connor and golden retriever Maggie. They love enjoying the CO outdoors together, from team sports to hiking, biking and skiing.
