Originally a food scientist working in product development for 10 years and eventually spent more time in engineering and operations. Worked at both the largest of CPG companies (Nestle, ConAgra, Pinnacle Foods) and start-up companies (Evol Foods, Thanasi, Lily’s, Meati). Enjoyed leadership positions in Operations, Engineering, Quality at both large and small organizations. 40 years of experience in food processing/operations. Currently, I am a consultant to 6-8 small, growing CPG companies and am an active board member.
