What area(s) of focus would you most like to address with your mentees?
Brand Development and Marketing and Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Content Development, Event Marketing, Industry and Consumer Relations
Who would be an ideal mentee for you in this program, given your areas of expertise and experience?
A mentee who is smart, driven, curious, open to counsel, reliable, accountable; mission based, dedicated to solving problems through sustainable, regenerative, organic business; someone who wants to learn about conscious, mission-based leadership. If the individual wants to be in brand marketing/PR, are they a good writer who spell checks themselves and edits their draft before sending it to me to review (you won’t believe how many writers don’t!)? Do they immerse themselves in the lifestyle and shop the brands? If they are a product manufacturer, someone who has an established business and/or brand with resources to grow in the market would be ideal.
