I am a CPG Finance Leader who is passionate about helping brands grow profitably! My background is in big CPG, mostly at PepsiCo, with my most recent role as Finance Director over the noosa and Birch Benders brands at Sovos.

On a personal note, I moved to Boulder from Texas about 2 years ago but am from the Washington, DC area. I have a husband, 9 month old baby boy and 2 dogs and enjoy hiking and enjoying this beautiful area!

Financial implications of decision making, financial processes, career growth and development

How do you plan to structure your monthly meetings?

Initially informal conversation to understand needs/direction with more structure in subsequent interactions.

Finally, who would be an ideal mentee for you in this program, given your areas of expertise and experience?

I think I could be helpful to founders who lack a financial skillset or desire more guidance in that area. Also anyone interested in a long-term career in finance.
