How do you plan to structure your monthly meetings?
Depending on the location I would like to meet in person to ensure we’re authentically listening and engaging. In terms of the meeting structure, to be most efficient I believe a blend of structure and free-flowing conversation is necessary. I would request pre-work to be completed before the meetings to ensure our time is most effectively used.

I have a lot of experience with supply chain, complete P&L management, and implementing SOPs in businesses which cater to B2B and B2C natural food ingredients companies. This experience is likely most applicable to mid-to-large tier companies looking to scale, optimize, acquire or be acquired.
