She has been with Kerry Group for 5 years on the ProActive Health team, focusing on the functional ingredients, GanedenBC30 and Wellmune. Prior to Kerry Group, Katy was with New Hope Network working with ingredient and CPG companies on marketing, content development and creating the optimal trade show experience. Katy has 20+ years of experience in the natural products industry and is an enthusiastic champion for brands.
Dr. Deanna Minich, MS, PhD, FACN, CNS, IFMCP
Dr. Deanna Minich is a health educator, researcher, and author with more than twenty years of experience in nutrition, mind-body health, medical science, dietary supplements, and functional medicine. Her passion is bringing forth a colorful whole-self approach to nourishment and bridging the gaps between science, soul, and art in medicine. She is the CEO of Food & Spirit, LLC, and serves as a new product and educational consultant for various organizations in the natural products industry, including Organic India.
Kyle Garner
Kyle Garner is the current CEO of Maty’s Healthy Products and former CEO of both ORGANIC INDIA USA and New Chapter. After spending 14 years at Procter & Gamble, Kyle caught the Natural Products bug when he was asked to join New Chapter following the P&G acquisition in 2012. Kyle has a passion for regenerative organic agriculture, which not only regenerates soil health and biodiversity, but also regenerates the livelihoods of small family farmers. As an active member of the B Corp community, Kyle is dedicated to using business as a force for good.
