By using the Website, Users consent to the processing of their information, including personal information, as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not consent to this Policy, you may not use our Website.

Naturally Boulder reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Privacy Policy at any time by posting such changes to this page. You understand that you have the affirmative obligation to check this Privacy Policy periodically for changes, and you hereby agree to periodically review this Privacy Policy for such changes. The continued use of the Website following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy constitutes an acceptance of those changes.

CHILDREN’S INFORMATION

Naturally Boulder does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen through our Website. If you are under thirteen, please do not give us any information that identifies you personally. If you have reason to believe that your child has provided personal information to us through our Website, please contact us, and we will use reasonable efforts to delete that information from our databases.

Please note that the Website may contain links to other websites. These linked sites may not be operated or controlled by Naturally Boulder. Naturally Boulder is not responsible for the privacy practices of these or any other websites, and you access these websites entirely at your own risk. Naturally Boulder recommends that you review the privacy practices of any other websites that you choose to visit.

YOUR CHOICES

We respect your right to make choices about the ways we collect, use, and share your information. We generally ask you to indicate your choices at the time and on the page where you provide your information. Depending on the nature of your choices and applicable law, we may also give you ways to change your privacy preferences.

THE INFORMATION NATURALLY BOULDER COLLECTS

Naturally Boulder may collect personal information from Users in a variety of ways. Personal information may include, without limitation, (i) contact data (such as a User’s name, mailing and email addresses); (ii) demographic data (such as a User’s zip code, age and income); (iii) financial information collected to process purchases made from Naturally Boulder via the Website or otherwise (such as credit card, debit card or other payment information); and (iv) other information requested via the Website. If a User communicates with Naturally Boulder by e-mail or otherwise, posts messages to any forums, completes online forms, surveys or entries or otherwise interacts with or uses the features on the Website, any information provided in such communications may be collected by Naturally Boulder.

Naturally Boulder may also collect information about how Users use the Website, for example, by tracking the number of unique views received by the pages of the Website, or the domains and IP addresses from which Users originate. While not all of the information that Naturally Boulder collects from Users is personally identifiable, it may be associated with personally identifiable information that Users provide Naturally Boulder through the Website or otherwise.

Please note that the Add-on does not prevent information from being sent to Naturally Boulder.
In addition, if you would like to opt-out of having interest-based information collected by certain entities during your visits to our Website or other websites, please click here for a “Website Opt Out.” You will be directed to an industry-developed website that contains mechanisms for choosing whether each listed entity may collect and use data for online behavioral advertising purposes. The Website Opt Out described above works only on websites. To opt out of having participating entities track your behaviors for advertising purposes when you are using a mobile app, download and use the Digital Advertising Alliance’s “App Choices” app. As with the Website Opt Out, the “Mobile App Opt Out” prevents tracking only by participating entities.

Please note that the Website Opt Out and Mobile App Opt Out are device specific and the Website Opt Out is browser specific. If you wish to opt-out from having interest-based information collected by participating entities across all devices and browsers, you need take the steps outlined above from each device and browser.

HOW NATURALLY BOULDER USES INFORMATION

Naturally Boulder may use personal information collected through the Website for the specific purposes for which the information was collected, to process purchases and sales of products or services offered via the Website, to contact Users regarding products and services offered by Naturally Boulder, its parent, subsidiary and other related companies and its trusted affiliates, independent contractors and business partners, and otherwise to enhance Users’ experience with Naturally Boulder and such affiliates, independent contractors and business partners. SECURITY OF INFORMATION

Information about Users that is maintained on Naturally Boulder’s systems is protected using industry standard security measures. However, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and Naturally Boulder cannot guarantee that the information submitted to, maintained on or transmitted from its systems will be completely secure. Naturally Boulder is not responsible for the circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures relating to the Website by any Users or third parties.

CORRECTING, UPDATING, ACCESSING OR REMOVING PERSONAL INFORMATION

If a User’s personal information changes, or if a User no longer desires to receive non-account specific information from Naturally Boulder, Naturally Boulder will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update and/or remove that User’s previously-provided personal information. This can be done by emailing a request to Naturally Boulder at info@naturallyboulder.org. Additionally, you may request access to personal information as collected by Naturally Boulder by sending a request to Naturally Boulder as set forth above. Please note that in certain circumstances, Naturally Boulder may not be able to completely remove a User’s information from its systems. For example, Naturally Boulder may retain a User’s personal information for legitimate business purposes, if it may be necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse, for account recovery purposes, if required by law or as retained in Naturally Boulder’s data backup systems or cached or archived pages. All retained personally identifiable information will continue to be subject to the terms of the Privacy Policy to which the User has previously agreed.
